Global IME Capital Ltd. Emerges Stronger Through Merger

Global IME Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Global IME Bank Limited, and the former subsidiary of Bank of Kathmandu, Bank of Kathmandu Capital Limited, have successfully merged and commenced joint operations under the banner of Global IME Capital Limited.

Joint operation of Global Ime Capital and BOK Capital was held on Bhadra 4, 2080 in the name of Global IME Capital.

Previously, Global IME Bank Limited and Bank of Kathmandu Limited merged and began their joint transactions from Poush 25, 2079.

The official inauguration of this united venture took place in Kathmandu, graced by the presence of Ramesh Kumar Hamal, Chairman of the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). This momentous occasion also received the distinguished presence of Chandra Prasad Dhakal, President of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI).

The event was further adorned by the participation of notable personalities representing the capital and heads of various regulatory bodies and organizations, signifying a significant stride forward in Nepal's financial landscape.
