Global IME Capital Calls AGM on 26th Mangsir; What are the Agendas?

Global IME Capital Limited (GBIMEL) has called its 15th AGM on 26th Mangsir, 2079. The meeting will be held in comapny's central office loacted at Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 9 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Passing the annual report made by the chairman on behalf of the board of directors.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) To appoint an auditor for the external audit work of FY 2078/079 and to determine his remuneration.
4) Misc.

There is no agendas for dividend for FY 2078/79.
