Global IME Capital and B.O.K Capital Market Calls SGM on Ashad 03 to Endorse Merger-Related Agendas

Global IME Capital Limited (GBIMEL) and B.O.K Capital Market Limited (BOKCML) have called their SGM on 3rd Ashad, 2080 respectively. The meeting of both companies will be held in their respective head offices, starting from 9 am that day.

Both the SGMs will pass a resolution regarding evaluating Due Diligence Audit, Final Scheme of Arrangement, appointing of DDA Valuators and endorse a share swap ratio of 1:53.17 for the merger of Global IME Capital Limited and B.O.K Capital Market Limited. The meeting will also pass an agenda to make necessary amendments to the Articles of Association as the company's issued, and paid-up capital will increase after the merger.

Furthermore, this SGM will endorse providing full authority to the board of directors to amend various acquisition-related proceedings accordingly if any instructions are received from the regulatory bodies.
