Global IME Capital AGM Friday endorses 10.5% cash dividend

Global IME Capital Limited is holding its seventh Annual General Meeting today.
The annual event of the merchant banking wing of Global IME being held at Hotel Yellow Pagoda, Jamal, Kathmandu will, inter alias, is due to endorse 10.52 percent cash dividend to the shareholders for the last fiscal year 2070/71.
It may be noted that Global IME Bank following its merger with Commerz and Trust Bank Nepal Limited had acquired Elite Capital and converted into its merchant banking wing.
