Ghalemdi Hydro appoints Vibor Capital as share manager for its recently floated IPO

Ghalemdi Hydro Limited has appointed Vibor Capital as share manager for its recently issued and allotted public shares. The agreement was signed between Bod of the hydro developer Mr. Narayan babu Adhikari and CEO of the merchant banker Mr. Saurab Timalsina amid a program.
The hydro developer had recently issued 15.33 lakh unit IPO shares and concluded its allotment on Magh 1, 2075. The allotted shares will be credited into the respective demat accounts quite soon, as mentioned in the media statement.
