Mega Bank Nepal has started special facility for its customers from Poush 17, 2075 in all its 8 branches inside Kathmandu valley. The bank has appointed dedicated Customer Care Officers for these 8 branches who will provide customer centric services to the customers.
The bank also plans to expand this innovation to other branches outside the Kathmandu valley in a near future, as stated in the media statement.
