General Insurance Company to convene its second AGM on Chaitra 14, 2076; Find the agendas

General Insurance Company will be convening its second AGM on Chaitra 14, 2076 at Silver Oak Banquet, Gairidhara, Kathmandu from 4:30 PM onwards.
The 12th Board Meeting held on Falgun 20, 2076 has decided on following agendas for the meeting:
- Approval of the annual report to be presented by the Chairman.
- Approval of the audited financial statements of 2075/76.
- Appointment of the auditor for 2076/77 and determination of the remuneration.
