General Insurance Company Nepal convenes its 3rd AGM; elects two new BoDs from public shareholder group including other regular proposals

General Insurance Company Nepal has convened its 3rd AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman on Asad 21, 2078.
The AGM has endorsed all the financial reports of the insurance company for the previous fiscal year as presented by the chairman.
The AGM has also elected Ms. Saraswati Gautam Gyawali and Mr. Amrit Banjade as BoDs of the company from the public shareholder group, as per the media statement.
