Garima Bikas Bank calls AGM; When's the Book Closure for Dividend?

Garima Bikas Bank Limited (GBBL) has called its 14th AGM on Magh 30, i.e. February 12, 2021. The AGM will be held in Hotel Pokhara Grande, Birauta, Pokhara, Kaski. The meeting will commence at 10: 30 am on that day.

Among other proposals, the bank will endorse the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The bank has proposed a 14.21% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The 250th meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 10 has proposed a 13.5% bonus shares and 0.7105% cash dividend from the paid-up capital for the fiscal year 2076/77. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 3,23,86,89,428.26.

Furthermore, three board members will be elected from promoters and three from the public/ ordinary investors.

The book closure date is announced on Magh 12. Thus, investors maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend and can also attend the AGM. Books will be closed from Magh 12 to Magh 30.
