Gandaki Bikas Bank convenes its 12th AGM; clears way for 17.32% dividend for shareholders

Gandaki Bikas Bank has convened its 12^th AGM on Poush 29, 2076 under the leadership of bank’s chairman Mr. Sushil Gauchan. Endorsing all the financial reports, the AGM has also endorsed the proposal to provide 17.32% dividend worth Rs 47.32 crore to the shareholders.

The bank has a paid up capital of Rs 2.75 arba, deposit collection of Rs 32.97 arba, loan disbursement of Rs 26.86 arba, has 92 branches, and 27 ATM terminals under its network and is mulling to open 3 more branches in a near future, as per the media statement.
