Gandaki Bikas Bank AGM on Mangsir 5; To endorse 23% bonus share

Gandaki Bikas Bank Limited (GDBL) will be convening its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 5, 2072. The AGM will be held at Hotel Barahi Lakeside, Pokhara at 9:00 AM. Main Agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 23 percent bonus share to its shareholders
• To authorize BOD to initiate process of merger and acquisition.
• To authorize BOD to amend article of association and Memorandum of Association as directed by regulating bodies.

Other agendas of the AGM include endorsement of financial highlights of 2071/72 and appointment of auditor. Only those shareholders owning shares till Kartik 17 will be entitled to the bonus share of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Kartik 18, 2072 till Mangsir 4, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. Gandaki Bikas Bank had earned a net profit of Rs 10.88 crore in the last fiscal year 2071/72.
