Ganapati Microfinance announces 3rd AGM on Poush 4, 2076; to endorse distribution of 50% right shares after bonus adjustment

The 61^st BOD meeting of Ganapati Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GMFBS) has decided that the 3^rd AGM of the company will be held on Poush 4, 2076 (December 20, 2019) at Jungle Park Resort, Shuklagandaki from 3 PM onwards.

The agenda of the AGM is to endorse audited financial highlights of FY 75/76 and appoint statutory auditor for FY 76/77. The BOD has also proposed distribution of 50% right shares after adjustment of bonus shares of FY 75/76. After the adjustment of bonus shares, the paid up capital of the company will increase to Rs.11.07 Crore. The company had proposed distribution of 7% bonus shares for FY 75/76.

For the purpose of AGM and bonus shares, the books of the company will remain closed from Mangsir 18, 2076 till the date of the AGM. Investors holding shares of the company till Mangsir 17, 2076 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and claim dividend.
