The FPO proposal of Matribhumi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is in SEBON's pipeline.
The company has submitted a proposal to the capital market regulator to issue a total of 1,149,982.598 shares at the face value of Rs. 100. This will raise Rs. 11.49 Crores for the company.
The application was submitted on 21st Chaitra, 2082. Muktinath Capital Limited has been appointed the issue manager for the public offering.
