Four Directors Step Down From Himalayan Life Insurance Board

The board of directors at Himalayan Life Insurance has formally accepted the simultaneous resignations of four board members. The departing directors include Saurabh Dugad, Pramila KC, Sachin Acharya, and Ashish Dhakal. Within the board structure, Saurabh Dugad represented the promoter shareholding group, while the other three members represented the general public shareholder group.

Following these departures, the board took immediate steps to fill the vacancies by appointing two new directors. Prakash Muni Bajracharya has been selected to represent the promoter shareholders, and Suraksha Kafle has been appointed to fill a seat for the general public shareholders.

The company's board has also noted that these two new appointments will be presented to the shareholders for official approval during the life insurance company's next annual general meeting.
