Four companies’ 18, 98,855 units of bonus & right shares gets listed

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has listed 18, 98,855 units of bonus share and right share of four different companies on Ashwin 28 for trading. Now the investors holding bonus share and right share of these four companies can sell their shares. The shares of following companies have been listed in NEPSE for trading: Listing of Bonus and Right Shares of Fewa Bikas Bank Ltd. 5,94,595 units Bonus Shares of Fewa Bikas Bank Ltd. after successful merger between Bishwa Bikas Bank and Fewa Finance Ltd., has been listed for trading.   Listing of Bonus Shares of Jyoti Bikas Bank Ltd. 5,54,260 units Bonus Shares of Jyoti Bikas Bank Ltd. has been listed for trading.   Listing of Right Shares of Swarojgar Laghubitta Bikas Bank Ltd. 2,00,000 units Rights Shares of SwarojgarLaghubittaBikas Bank Ltd. has been listed for trading.   Listing of Shares of Sagarmatha Finance Ltd 5,50,000 units Shares of Sagarmatha Finance Ltd. after successful merger between Sagarmatha Merchant Banking and Finance Ltd. and Patan Finance Ltd., has been listed for trading.
