FMO signs agreement with NMB Bank to buy shares at Rs 250

NMB Bank Limited (NMB) has published a notice regarding agreement between NMB Bank and Nederlandse Financierings-Maatschappij Voor Ontwikkelingslanden N.V. (FMO).
As per the agreement, FMO will buy the shares of NMB Bank at Rs 250 (Rs 100 par value and additional Rs 150 premium).
