Financial Closure of 44 MW Super Madi Hydroelectric Project; consortium led by Sanima Bank to lend upto 75% of project cost

Super Madi Hydropower Ltd is going to develop “Super Madi Hydroelectric Project - 44 MW” in the Madi Rural Municipalities of Kaski district. Loan Facility Agreement was signed between the Developer Company and Consortium of Banks in the lead of Sanima Bank. Sanima, NIC Asia, NCC, Sunrise, Kumari, Agricultural Development, Rastriya Banijya and Prabhu banks shall lend maximum seventy five percent of total project cost. It will take three years to construct the project. The project will generate 246 million units of energy annually.
