Final bid price of Purnima & Sindhu Bikas Bank; Cut off price at Rs 261 of Sindhu Bikas Bank

Purnima Bikas Bank Limited (PURBL) had auctioned 29,973.08 units’ ordinary share and 37,136.52 units unclaimed promoter right share from Mangsir 2, 2073 till Mangsir 16, 2073. An official of Siddhartha Capital managing the auction for Purnima Bikas Bank informed that, the cut off price for 29,973.08 units ordinary shares stood at Rs 411. The highest bid amount for the auction shares received was Rs 475. Only 119 applicants have submitted their bids for 29,973.08 unit ordinary shares and 22 of them got shares. Similarly, for 37,136.52 unit promoter right share, the company set the cut off price of Rs. 121.  The highest bid amount for the auction shares received was Rs. 161.75. Only 15 applicants have submitted their bids for 37,136.52 units’ promoter shares and 12 of them got shares.  Sindhu Bikas Bank Limited (SINDU) had auctioned 81,282.75 units ordinary share and 1, 92,485.25 units promoter unclaimed right share from Mangsir 9, 2073 till Mangsir 16, 2073. The bid was opened on Mangsir 17, 2073 at 1 PM at the premises of NIBL Capital Markets Limited. An official of NIBL Capital Markets Limited managing the auction for Sindhu Bikas Bank informed that, the cut off price for 81,282.75 units ordinary shares stood at Rs 261. Only 111 applicants have submitted their bids for 81,282.75 unit ordinary shares and 69 of them got shares. Likewise, for 1, 92,485.25 unit promoter right share, the company set the cut off price of Rs. 100.  The highest bid amount for the auction shares received was Rs. 101. Only 8 applicants have submitted their bids for 1, 92,485.25 units’ promoter shares and all of them got shares. 1, 92,485.25 units promoter right share were not fully subscribed. Out of 1, 92,485.25 units promoter shares, only 1,43,500 units promoter shares was allotted and 48,985.25 units promoter shares were not subscribed. The company might further publish notice for 48985.25 units unsubscribed promoter shares.
