Everest Insurance convenes its SGM to endorse merger with Himalayan General Insurance; new institution to be named Himalayan Everest Insurance

Everest Insurance Company has convened its SGM on Asar 2, 2079 where it has endorsed the recent board’s proposal of a merger with Himalayan General Insurance.
The SGM has endorsed the share swap ratio, DDA of the company’s assets and liabilities for the merger process to be smooth while also endorsed the decision to rename the institution as Himalayan Everest Insurance after the merger, as per the media statement.
