Everest Bank conducted blood donation program observing Black Day
Everest Bank Limited organized Blood Donation Camp on 24th April at its Head Office marking the black day i. e. 12th Baisakh.
On the occasion, Mr. A.K Ahluwalia, the CEO of the Bank highlighted the importance of blood by saying “Blood donation is the most glaring way of fulfilling the social obligation”.
Issuing a press statement it stated that the bank has always been conscious of its social responsibilities and has been extending supports to the people deprived from basic necessities especially health & infrastructure and also to the victims of natural disasters.’ The commercial bank organized the program as a part of Corporate Social Responsibility.
Over hundred of employees of the commercial bank along with customers donated blood in the blood donation program.
Presently the bank is rendering professionalized and efficient banking services through its widest domestic network of 61 branches, 5 Extension Counters, 24 Revenue Collection Counters, 84 ATMs and many correspondents across the globe. The Bank was conferred as “Best Managed Commercial Bank” by Asian Paint New Biz in 2013 as well as the “Highest Tax Payer among Commercial Banks” for FY 2068/69.
