Esewa refutes any association with ongoing Kathmandu Press controversy; expresses dissatisfaction for falsely dragging its name to mislead its customers

Esewa, the pioneer in e-wallet service provider of the Nepal, has issued a press statement expressing that the recent media coverage linking Esewa with online news portal Kathmandu Press has drawn its attention.

Esewa in its statement has denied any wrong doing and claimed that it has been falsely dragged into a controversy with the portal having no relation whatsoever with the service of the digital wallet.

Esewa has reiterated that it has always prioritized to providing quality service to its customers and its agents are available for their service 24-7 even during the ongoing lockdown against Coronavirus.
