Back to back: Major basic shareholders of Emerging Nepal Limited have informed the company to sell shares held by the them within the next three months. Today another major basic share holder Jib Nath Lamichhane and Bishal Agrawal listed in the selling list.
Upto yesterday seven major shareholder already announced to sell their share totalling more than Nine Lakhs share.
Today Jib Nath Lamichhane holding 250,020 and Bishal Agrawal holding 56,671 share announce to sell.

The SEBON policy states that if the basic Shareholders intend to sell share equivalent to 5% or more of their holdings of a listed company’s shares are required to inform the company about their intention to sell shares before carrying out the transaction (15 days prior). Based on this requirement, Emerging Nepal received information from nine shareholders regarding their plans to sell shares.
