Emerging Nepal Limited Proposes 5.26315% Cash Dividend for FY 2081/82

Emerging Nepal Limited (ENL) has proposed a 5.26315% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The 104th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 28 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 55.56 Crore. A 5.26315% cash dividend (including tax) has been proposed.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the Finance Ministry and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. As of writing, ENL has an LTP of Rs. 905.00.
