Emerging Nepal convenes its 7th AGM; endorses election of new BoD from public shareholder group

Emerging Nepal convened its 7th AGM for the FY 2078-79 under the leadership of its chairman on Poush 28, 2079.
The AGM has endorsed all the financial reports for the previous fiscal year and the selection of the external auditor for the current fiscal year. The AGM also elected Mr. Bikas Silwal as the BoD of the company from the public shareholder group, as per the media statement.
