Emerging Nepal appoints NIC Asia as the issue manager for their IPO

As per the press statement, NIC ASIA Capital Limited has signed an agreement with Emerging Nepal Limited to act as the issue manager for its initial public offering (IPO) of 500,000 units ordinary shares (including staff) at Rs. 100 per share. Chief Executive Officer of NIC ASIA Capital Ltd. Mr. Jhanak Raj Dhungel and Chief Executive Officer of Emerging Nepal Limited Dr. Binod Atreya signed the agreement.
Emerging Nepal Limited is a Public Private Partnership Company with shareholding from the Government of Nepal geared towards developing the infrastructure through equity participation in all sectors of the Economy.
