Dr Ram Sharan Mahat expresses his support for the hunger strike; Says Government needs to improve the current situation of the market

Ex Finance Minister Dr Ram Sharan Mahat has visited Nepal Stock Exchange and expressed his support towards the hunger strike programme.

He said that because of the current situation of market, foreign investments have started to flee from the country.

Dr Mahat also focused on the importance of stock market in the country and how the current government has been lacking in the tasks to strengthen the stock market. “Government should work to manage the stock market and create confidence among the investors to invest in the market”, adds Dr Mahat.
