Dr Rabindra Pandey appointed as the Chairman of Rastriya Banijya Bank

Dr. Rabindra Prashad Pandey has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors (BoD) of Government owned Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited (RBB). Brief History of Dr. Rabindra Prashad Pandey Academic Qualification : Mr. Pandey holds Ph. D. in Economics ; he is an M.S. in Monetary and Financial Economics (University of East London U.K.), also an M.Sc. in Statistics (T.U.) Professional Experience : Mr. Pandey has earned significant experiences of serving with the different capacities in Nepal Rastra Bank(NRB) –the Central Bank of Nepal; he served as an Executive Director in Research Department, Bank and Financial Institution Supervision Department and other Departments of NRB. He also served as Senior Research Economist in South East Asian Central Banks' Research and Training Centre, Malaysia and still has been contributing as Visiting Professor in the same. He has served as Chairman of Madhyapaschimanchal Grameen Vikas Bank, Nepalgunj, as Member in the Board Of Directors of Citizen Investment Trust and Security Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON) as well.
