Dordi Khola’s AGM to take place on Chaitra 28; Book closure announced from Chaitra 14 to Chaitra 28

Dordi Khola Jalabidhyut Company Limited has published a notice regarding its AGM to be held on Chaitra 28, 2074 at Amritbhog Party Palace, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu. The meeting of the board held on Chaitra 01, 2074 decided that the AGM will commence from 3:00 PM. The agendas for the meeting are:

• To issue the financial report of the fiscal years 2072/73 and 2073/74.
• Appointment of statutory auditor for FY 2073/74 and publish its report thereon.
• Appointment of statutory auditor for the fiscal year 2074/75.
• Appointment of directors of the company

The main agendas for the AGM are:

• Amendment of MOA and AOA.
• Discussion about the issuance of IPO for the general public.

For the purpose of the meeting, the shareholders register book will be closed from Chaitra 14 to Chaitra 28, 2074 i.e. the shareholders holding the shares of the company till Chaitra 13 will be eligible to attend the AGM. Announcement
