Dordi Khola Jal Bidyut Company to Reconvene Postponed AGM on Poush 29

Dordi Khola Jal Bidyut Company Limited has announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year 2081/82, which was originally scheduled to be held on Poush 21, 2082, was postponed due to the lack of the required quorum as stipulated under the Company Act, 2063, and the company’s Articles of Association.

Following the postponement, a meeting of the company’s Board of Directors held on the same day at 4:30 PM decided to reconvene the AGM. Accordingly, the postponed AGM has now been rescheduled for Poush 29, 2082 (Tuesday) at 8:00 AM. The company has requested all shareholders to attend the reconvened meeting and participate in the proceedings.
