Dordi Khola Hydropower Closing Auction of 12,85,041 Units of Promoter Shares And 6,61,635 Units of Ordinary Right Shares from Today

Dordi Khola Hydropower Company Limited (DORDI) is closing the auction of 6,61,635 units of ordinary right shares and 12,85,041 units of promoter right shares today, i.e., 20th Jestha, 2082. The auction had commenced on 11th Jestha, 2082.

A total of 85,95,928 shares were allotted to valid applicants, leaving 8,73,061.225 units (18.47%) unclaimed by eligible investors.

Of the total rights shares issued, 85,95,928 units (81.53%) were subscribed by eligible shareholders, while 18.47% remained unclaimed. As a result, these 6,61,635 units of ordinary right shares and 12,85,041 units of promoter right shares are auctioned to the interested person/company/institutions, which will close from today.

This auction includes the unclaimed portion of the rights issuance. DORDI had originally offered a 1:1 rights share issuance to its shareholders from 19th Chaitra, 2081, to 8th Baishakh, 2082.

Both individuals and institutions are eligible to participate in the bidding process.

Sanima Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for this auction. The minimum bid rate is Rs. 100 per share, and the minimum bid quantity is 100 units for ordinary right shares. While bidders may place bids for all available shares, they must comply with regulatory limits on the maximum allowable share quantity per entity.
