“Divya” enters the market as the new Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha

“Divya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha” has newly entered the market as the national level Microfinance with the slogan of “Easy Micro Banking”. The head office of the company is located at Namobuddha-02, Bhakundebesi, Kavre. The inauguration ceremony was officiated by Deputy Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank, Mr. Chintamani Siwakoti and a lot of other dignitaries had also made their appearance at the program.

The company was registered in Company Registrar on Kartik 08, 2074 and got the license from NRB on Ashad 19, 2075. The authorized capital of the company is Rs 20 crore, issued capital is Rs 11 crore and the paid-up capital for now stands at Rs 7 crore 70 lakhs. Out of the paid up capital, the institutional investors – Century Commercial Bank and Kailash Development Bank—own 51% shares and rest 49% is with the individual investors.
