Distribution of 25.5% dividend of Global IME bank facing delay due to tax hassle; Officials say distribution will begin soon

Global IME Bank (GBIME) had convened its 13th AGM on Mangsir 2, 2076 endorsing 25.5% dividend i.e. 12.75% bonus shares and 12.75% cash dividend to its shareholders. However, the dividend hasn't been disbursed yet.
According to the share registrar, Global IME Capital, the delay is occurring due to the same tax hassle for the last three fiscal years after the acquisition of Reliable Development bank. He added that the issue is being resolved and the dividend distribution will start after a day or two in the respective linked bank accounts of shareholders.
Global IME Bank and Janata Bank have started their joint operation from Mangsir 20, 2076 as Global IME Bank following the successful merger process.
