Did You Get the Bonus Shares of Chilime Hydropower Company (CHCL) in Your Demat Account?

Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL) has distributed 10% bonus shares directly to DEMAT accounts of its shareholders. The shares have already been distributed to investors who have dematerialized their shares.

This is a portion of the dividend distributed for the fiscal year 2076/77. The company had distributed 20% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77; 10% as bonus shares and 10% in cash dividends. The same bonus shares are now distributed to the Demat account of investors.

If investors still hold physical shares of the company, they will have to dematerialize their shares in order to get the dividend. Note that these bonus shares are already listed in NEPSE.
