Deva Bikas Bank to endorse 50% right share; SGM on Shrawan 28

Deva Bikas Bank Limited (DEVA) will be convening its Special General Meeting Shrawan 28, 2073. The AGM is going to be held at Lainchaur Banquet, Nepal Scout Compound, Lainchaur, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. Main agendas of the SGM are:

• To endorse 2:1 (50%) right share to its existing shareholders.
• To increase paid up and issued capital and amend the article of association accordingly.
• To amend article of association and memorandum of association as per directed by Nepal Rastra bank.

The register of the company will be closed from Shrawan 20, 2073 to Shrawan 28 ,2073 for the purpose of its SGM. DEVA had earned net profit of Rs. 5.60 crore in the quarter of current fiscal year 2072/73 unaudited report. It’s paid up capital remains at Rs. 81.8 crore. After distributing 50 percent bonus share it’s paid up capital will rise to Rs 1.22 arba.
