Deva Bikas Bank Limited announces book closure date for the upcoming AGM; paid up capital to reach Rs.2.67 Arba after adjustment of 5.50% bonus shares

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the book closure of Deva Bikas Bank Limited (DBBL) for the purpose of bonus share distribution and AGM.

As per the notice published, the books of the development bank will remain closed from 6th Asadh to 12th Asadh, 2076. Investors holding shares of DBBL till 5th Asadh, 2076 will be eligible to claim the bonus shares and participate in the upcoming AGM of the bank.

DBBL had announced distribution of 5.50% bonus shares worth Rs.13.93 Crore for the shareholders out of the profits of FY 74/75. The existing paid up capital of the company is Rs.2.53 Arba. After the adjustment of bonus shares, the paid up capital will increase to Rs.2.67 Arba.
