Deprosc Laghubitta to auction1852.17 units seized promoter shares at Rs 600 & above

Deprosc Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited is auctioning seized promoter right shares to the general public from today ( Ashwin 18, 2072). As per the notice published by the microfinance company, it will be selling 1852.17 units of seized promoter shares. The auction starts from Ashwin 18 (today) and will last till Kartik 2, 2072. The bids will open to conclude the auction on Kartik 11, 2072. Deprosc Laghubitta has urged the interested bidders to submit their bids till 3:00 PM of Kartik 2 at the contact office of Deprosc Laghubitta located at Kuleswor, Kathmandu or head office of Deprosc laghubitta at Narayangad, Chitwan. Bidders must quote a minimum price of Rs 600 per unit, which means that the lowest bid amount must be more than Rs 600. The investors applying for the auction can deposit the bid amount in the account number 0601010000158 of the Global IME bank Limited.
