Deprosc Laghubitta 14th AGM on Poush 16; to endorse 50% stock dividend

Deprosc Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (DDBL) will be convening its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 16, 2072 at 11:00 AM. The AGM will be held at Bharatpur Garden Resort, Bharatpur, Chitwan. The main agendas of the AGM is to endorse 50 percent bonus share and 2.63 percent cash dividend (for tax purpose) from the net profit it earned from the fiscal year 2071/72 and authorize BOD to amend the article of association accordingly after issuance of bonus share. The other agenda of the AGM include financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor and endorse the help provided to earthquake victims. Only those shareholders owning shares till Mangsir 26 will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Mangsir 27, 2072 till Poush 16, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM). At present Deprosc Laghubitta has a paid up capital of Rs 17.19 crore. After the issuance of 50% bonus shares, its paid up capital will reach to Rs. 25.78 crore.
