Decent growth reported by both mutual fund schemes of NMB Capital for Falgun end; look at the major highlights

NMB Hybrid Fund L-1 (NMBHF-1), 7 years closed-end mutual fund scheme’s NAV increased to Rs.11.11 in the month of Falgun compared to NAV of the previous month of Rs.11.

The scheme, which began with a fund size of Rs.1 Arba, has invested only Rs.42.52 Crore in listed shares and Rs.3.36 Crore in the public issue, right shares and bonus shares. The fund has invested Rs.28.90 Crore in bonds and debentures.

The scheme has kept Rs.10 Crore in fixed deposits and has Rs.25.73 Crore in bank balance.

The net profit till the end of Falgun month stands at Rs.10.91 crore.

NMB 50 (NMB50), another 7 year mutual fund scheme managed by NMB Capital has published financial highlights for the month of Falgun. The NAV for the period was reported at Rs.10.62 up from Rs.10.54 reported in the previous month.

The scheme began with fund size of Rs.1.25 Arba including seed capital from fund sponsor. The scheme has invested Rs.26.10 Crore in shares of listed companies and Rs.1.97 Crore in the public issue, right shares and bonus shares. Amount invested in fixed deposit stands at Rs.11.50 Crore while the bank balance stands at Rs.82.54 crore.

By the end of Falgun, the scheme has reported a net profit of Rs.7.73 crore. In the previous month, the scheme was at a net profit of Rs.6.75 crore.
