Deadline To Apply For Sanima Capital Limited's Mutual Fund Scheme "Sanima Equity Fund II" Extended Till Jestha 07

Sanima Capital Limited has extended the deadline for the mutual fund scheme "Sanima Equity Fund II" to the general public and institutions until 7th Jestha, 2083. The issue opened on the 24th Baishakh, 2083, and was supposed to close today, the 29th Baishakh, 2083. However, since the scheme received fewer applications, the deadline has been extended to 7th Jestha, 2083.
Out of 10 crore unit shares, 13%, i.e., 1,30,00,000 crores units worth Rs. 13 crores have been allocated to the scheme manager, Sanima Bank Limited, and 2%, i.e., 20,00,000 units worth Rs. 2 crores, have been allocated to the fund sponsor, Sanima Capital Limited. The remaining 8,50,00,000 units worth Rs 85 Crores will be issued to the general public and institutions.
According to CDSC, 51,967 applicants have applied for 3,73,21,970 units worth Rs. 37.32 Crores so far.
"Sanima Equity Fund II" is a closed-ended fund. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 1,00,00,000 units.
