Deadline To Apply For Prabhu Capital's Mutual Fund Scheme "Prabhu Systematic Investment Scheme" Extended Till Ashadh 6

Prabhu Capital Limited has extended the deadline for the mutual fund scheme "Prabhu Systematic Investment Scheme" to the general public and institutions until the 6th Ashadh, 2082. The issue opened on the 23rd Jestha, 2082, and was supposed to close today, the 27th Jestha, 2082. However, since the scheme didn't receive enough applications, the deadline has been extended until 6th Ashadh, 2082.
Out of 4 crore unit shares, 7.5%, i.e., 30 lakh units worth Rs. 3 crore, have been allocated to the scheme manager, Prabhu Bank Limited, and 7.5%, i.e., 30,00,000 units worth Rs. 3 crores, have been allocated to the fund sponsor, Prabhu Capital Limited. The remaining 2,50,00,000 units worth Rs 25 Crore will be issued to the general public and institutions.
According to CDSC, a total of 29,737 applicants have applied for 1,13,04,880 units worth Rs. 11.30 Crore so far. This data is as of 5 pm.
Prabhu Systematic Investment Scheme" is an open-ended fund. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 31,00,000 units.
