Deadline Extended for the Issue of "Subha Laxmi Kosh" till Bhadra 02; Issue Collected Rs. 13.59 Crore So Far

Laxmi Capital Limited has extended the issue for "Subha Laxmi Kosh (SLK)" mutual fund scheme worth Rs. 17.5 crores till 2nd Bhadra, 2079.

The issue had opened since 19th Shrawan and was supposed to close today i.e 23rd Shrawan, 2079. However, since the issue manager didn't receive enough application, the issue has been extended till Bhadra 02. The issue open is of 1,75,00,000 units worth Rs.10 per unit.

15% of the total 5 crore units i.e. 75 lakh units worth Rs. 7.5 crores have been allocated to the fund promoter Laxmi Bank Limited. Out of the remaining 4.25 crore units, 1.75 crore units is for the general public.

Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 50 lakh units. This fund is managed by Laxmi Capital Market Limited and sponsored by Laxmi Bank.

According to CDSC, 43,228 applicants have applied for a total of 1,35,90,770 units. This data is current as of 10 AM this morning.
