Deadline Extended for the Issue of "NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II" till Bhadra 09; Issue Collected Rs. 28.39 Crore So Far

NMB Capital Limited has extended the issue for "NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II" mutual fund scheme worth Rs. 1.2 Arba till 9th Bhadra, 2079.

The issue had opened since 26th Shrawan and was supposed to close today i.e 31st Shrawan, 2079. However, since the issue manager didn't receive enough application, the issue has been extended till Bhadra 09. The issue open is of 12 crore units worth Rs.10 per unit.

14% of the total 12 crores units i.e 1,68,00,000 units will be allocated to the fund promoter NMB Bank whereas 1% i.e 12 lakh units will be allocated to the fund manager NMB Capital. The remaining 10.2 crore units is for the public issue. 

Applicants apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 1.2 crore units.

According to CDSC, 23,809 applicants have applied for a total of 2,83,92,050 units. This data is current as of 10 AM this morning.

"NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II" is a closed-end fund, meaning it can be traded in NEPSE. The fund has a maturity period of 10 years. As of now, NMB Capital is managing two closed-end funds i.e NMB Hybrid Fund L- 1 (NMBHF1) and NMB 50 (NMB50), and one open-end fund i.e NMB Saral Bachat Fund - E (NMBSBF) in the market.
