Deadline Extended for the Issue of "Kumari Dhanabriddhi Yojana" till Jestha 26; Issue collected Rs 76.47 crore So Far

Kumari Capital Limited has extended the issue for "Kumari Dhanabriddhi Yojana (KDY)" mutual fund scheme worth Rs.1.2 Arba till Jestha 26, 2079.

The issue had opened since 12th Jestha and was supposed to close today i.e 17th Jestha, 2079. However, since the issue manager didn't receive enough application, the issue has been extended till Jestha 26. The issue will be of 120,000,000 units worth Rs.10 per unit.

85% of the total issue i.e. 10.20 Crore units are open for general public and remaining 15% will be kept as seed capital for sponsor Kumari Bank limited and Kumari Capital Limited.

This fund is managed by Kumari Capital Limited and sponsored by Kumari Bank limited. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 1.20 crore units.

According to CDSC,  80,587 applicants have applied for a total of 7,64,74,710 units. This data is current as of 10 AM this morning.
