Deadline Extended for the Auction of 1,87,434 Units Promoter Share of Nepal Reinsurance Company till Chaitra 22

Global IME Capital Limited has extended the deadline for the auction of 1,87,434 units of promoter shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited (NRIC) till 22nd Chaitra, 2080.

Global IME Capital Limited has been selling 1,87,434 units of promoter shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company in an auction. Earlier, the auction commenced on the 8th Falgun, 2080, and was intended to finish yesterday, i.e. on the 12th Chaitra, 2080. However, due to an insufficient number of applications, the auction has been extended until Chaitra 22.

Qualified interested promoter shareholders are all eligible to bid in an auction. Rs. 280 is the minimum bid rate. The minimum bid quantity for promoters’ shares is 1,87,434 units.
