Deadline Extended for 1: 0.10 Right Offering of United Ajod Insurance Limited

United Ajod Insurance Limited (UAIL) has extended the deadline for its ongoing rights offering. Initially opened on 26th Chaitra, 2082, the issue was scheduled to close, on 16th Baishakh, 2083. However, as per the latest notice, the rights offering will now remain open until 31st Baishakh, 2083.
The company will issue 10% right shares worth Rs. 23.10 crores, with 23.1 lakh (1:0.10) units of right shares to its existing shareholders. The company's paid-up capital is Rs. 2.10 Arba. After the adjustment of the proposed right share, i.e., 23.1 lakh units, the company's paid-up capital will increase to Rs. 2.33 arba.
According to the CDSC, 1,05,690 applicants applied for 8,78,673 units of right shares, equivalent to Rs. 8.78 crores.
Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited is appointed as the issue manager.
The book closure date is 17th Falgun, 2082. Thus, investors who held shares before that day can apply for them.
