Cutoff of ordinary and promoter shares of Srijana Finance at Rs 176 and Rs 111.67 respectively

Srijana Finance Limited (SFFIL) had auctioned 3.20 lakh unit shares from Poush 07, 2076 to Poush 14, 2076. The Finance was selling 2,08,523 units promoter share and 1,12,219 units ordinary share.

Sunrise Capita is the issue manager of the auction.

According to the issue manager, a total of 25 applications were received for Promoter shares applying for 3 lakh 51 thousand 230 units. The preliminary cutoff stood at Rs 111.67 with the highest bid at Rs 170.

Similarly, a total of 405 applications were received for Ordinary shares applying for 5 lakh 93 thousand 165 units. The cutoff stood at Rs 176 with the highest bid at Rs 186. The officers added the finalized data will come after the cheques have been cleared.

The finance company had issued 2,764,692 units of shares as 60% rights for the existing shareholders of the company at par value of Rs.100 to raise a capital worth Rs.27.64 Crore.

The current paid-up capital of SFFIL is Rs 46 crore 7 lakh 82 thousand, which after the adjustment of right will reach Rs 73 crore 72 lakh 51 thousand 200.
