Kisan Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KMFL) had auctioned 4,280 unit unsold right shares.
The microfinance company had auctioned 183 units of unsold promoter right shares and 4,097 units of unsold ordinary right shares.
Civil Capital Markets is the issue manager of the auction.
According to officials at Civil Capital Markets, a total of 6 applications were received on promoter side. The cutoff for Promoter shares stands at Rs 801, with maximum bid received at Rs 2,055.
Similarly, on the public side, a total of 144 applications were received. The cutoff for auctioned ordinary shares stands at Rs 932, with maximum bid received at Rs 1,031.
The issue has been fully subscribed.
The microfinance company had floated 2,40,250 unit right shares from Mangsir 02 till Poush 08 at par value of RS 100. Its paid-up capital will reach Rs 7.20 crore after the adjustment of 50% right shares.
