Cut off price for 9.67 lakh unit auctioned promoter shares of Shangri-La Dev. Bank stood Rs 101

Shangri-La Development Bank Limited (SADBL) had auctioned 9, 67,540 unit promoter right shares to the general public from Bhadra 10, 2073 to Bhadra 15, 2073. The bid was opened on Bhadra 15, 2072 at 4:00 PM. An official of NMB Capital Limited managing the auction for Shangri -la Development Bank informed that the cut off price for 9, 67,540 unit promoter shares stood at Rs. 101. The highest bid amount for the auction shares received was Rs 108. Only 317 applicants have submitted their bids for 9, 67,540 units promoter shares and 312 of them got shares. Only promoter shareholders of SADBL could bid for the auctioned 9, 67,540 units promoters shares. NMB Capital Limited was assigned as issue manager for this auction. SADBL has earned net profit of Rs 21.89 crore in the fourth quarter of the last  fiscal year 2072/73.
