Cut off price for 59,383.50 unit auctioned ordinary shares of Ridi Hydropower stood Rs 276

Ridi Hydropower Company Limited (RHPC) had auctioned 59,383.50 units ordinary right shares and 14,278 units promoter right share to the general public from Ashwin 4, 2073 to Ashwin 18, 2073. The bid was opened yesterday (Ashwin 20, 2072). An official of Global IME Capital Limited managing the auction for Ridi Hydropower informed that the cut off price for 59,383.50 units ordinary shares stood at Rs. 276. The highest bid amount for the auction shares received was Rs 400. Total 252 applicants have submitted their bids for 59,383.50 units ordinary shares. Also, the cut off price for 14,278 units promoter shares stood Rs. 155. The highest bid amount for the auction shares received was Rs 275.1. Total 9 applicants have submitted their bids for 14,278 units promoter shares. Global IME Capital Limited was assigned as issue manager for this auction. The last trading price (LTP) of the shares stood at Rs 302 as on October 6, 2016.
