Cut off price for 2.18 lakh units ordinary shares of Sunrise Bank stood at Rs 555.50; Scrip closed at Rs 589 today

Sunrise Bank Limited (SRBL) had auctioned its 2,18,454 units ordinary and 34 units promoter unclaimed 15% right shares to the general public from Baisakh 7 to Baisakh 13, 2073. The bid was opened today at 11:00 AM at Civil Capital Market Limited.
According to Kamal Khatri, Assistant Manager of Civil Capital Market Limited said, the bank set the cut-off price for the 2,18,454 units ordinary shares at Rs 555.50. The highest bid amount for the auction shares received was Rs 600. Total 485 applicants submitted their bids for 2,18454 units of ordinary shares. Number of total bidders who will get the shares will come to know only later, once the bank will cross check all data related to the auction. Cut off price for the 34 units promoter shares will also come to know later, added Mr. Khatri of the merchant bank.
Civil Capital Markets Limited is the issue manager for this auction.
Sunrise Bank had had earned Rs 36.39 crore in its second quarter of the current fiscal year 2072/73.
The last trading price (LTP) of the shares stood at Rs 590 as on April 25, 2016.
